Delivery times and costs depend on the product. Each product page shows its expected lead time. Prices on our website exclude delivery and installation, and we’ll confirm delivery and installation costs when you order. Returns Policy

1. Summary

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, you may be able to return it for a refund, repair, replacement or exchange, depending on the item and the reason for the return. This policy applies to online orders delivered to UK addresses.

2. Your legal rights

If you buy as a consumer in the UK, you have legal rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in this policy affects those rights.

3. Change-of-mind returns

• 14-day right to cancel. You can cancel your order within 14 days of the day after you receive your goods. Once you’ve told us, you have a further 14 days to send the goods back.
• How to request a return. Contact us with your order number, the item(s) you want to return and, if you like, the reason.
• Condition. Items must be unused, in a resalable condition, in their original packaging where possible, and complete with all accessories and manuals. You may be responsible for any reduction in value if an item has been handled beyond what’s needed to inspect it.
• Return postage. You pay return postage for change-of-mind returns. Please use a tracked service and keep proof of postage. The item remains your responsibility until it reaches us.
• Refunds. If your return is accepted, we’ll refund the price you paid and any standard delivery charge. We’ll do this within 14 days of receiving the goods, or of you showing evidence that you’ve sent them, whichever is sooner. Refunds go to your original payment method.

4. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If an item is faulty, damaged in transit or not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible, with photos where relevant. We’ll offer a repair, a replacement, or a full or partial refund. If the fault is confirmed, we’ll refund your return postage.

5. Exceptions

• Special orders. Items ordered specially for you, or made or configured to your specification, can’t be returned for a change of mind.
• Used equipment. If an item has been used, installed or connected, any refund may be partial. The amount depends on the unit and its condition.
• Dental handpieces and motors. Change-of-mind returns are only accepted if any tamper-evident or hygiene seal is intact. If the seal has been broken or removed, we can’t accept the return, for hygiene, infection control and patient safety reasons.
• Suction units. We can’t accept a return once a unit has been used, installed or connected, because of infection control and contamination risk. “Used” includes being connected to suction lines or pipework, installed in a surgery or plant room, powered on and run in service, or having any fluids, waste or aerosols pass through it.

None of these exceptions affects your rights if an item is faulty. If you’re not sure whether an item can be returned, contact us before ordering.

6. Exchanges

Contact us first so we can check stock. You may need to place a new order while we process the return.

7. How to return an item

Package the item securely and include your name, order number and a list of the items you’re returning. Send it to:

8. Deductions

Refunds may be reduced if an item comes back used, damaged or incomplete, or not in a resalable condition. We’ll contact you before making any deduction.

If you’re buying as a business, different terms may apply. Please contact us before ordering.
