This website is run by B Dental Engineering Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 15537088, VAT no. GB 488 7154 31), whose registered address is Unit A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Suffolk, IP28 7DE. You can contact us on 01284 624084 or at info@bdentalengineering.co.uk.
These terms apply to all goods and services you order from us through this website. By placing an order, you agree to them. If you buy as a business, section 12 also applies. If you buy as a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your legal rights.
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm it in writing, by email or order confirmation. We may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a price has been shown incorrectly. If we can’t accept your order, we’ll tell you and refund any payment.
Prices are shown in pounds sterling excluding VAT, with the VAT-inclusive price alongside. VAT is added at the current rate. Prices exclude delivery and installation unless we state otherwise. If we find a pricing error, we’ll contact you before going ahead. We offer price matching where possible; ask us for details.
Orders placed through this website are paid in full at checkout by card, through our secure payment provider (Stripe). This includes special-order items, which are paid 100% upfront. Deposit or invoice arrangements are not available through the website; please contact us to discuss account or trade orders.
Lead times are shown on each product page. They are estimates, not guarantees, because many items are supplied to order by the manufacturer. We’ll tell you if there’s a delay. Delivery charges depend on the product, and we’ll confirm them before dispatch. Risk in the goods passes to you when they’re delivered.
Where we install equipment, we’ll quote for it separately and agree a date with you. You must make sure the site is ready: suitable space, electrical supply, water, drainage and compressed air as the manufacturer specifies. If installation can’t go ahead because the site isn’t ready, a travel and call-out fee will be charged for each return visit needed.
The goods remain our property until we’ve received payment in full.
New equipment comes with the manufacturer’s warranty. Its length and terms vary by product and are shown on the product page or in the manufacturer’s documentation. The warranty may not cover faults caused by misuse, incorrect installation by others, lack of servicing in line with the manufacturer’s instructions, or normal wear and tear. We can arrange warranty repairs for you.
Returns, cancellations and refunds are covered by our Delivery & Returns policy, which forms part of these terms.
We’re responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We don’t exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. We’re not responsible for indirect losses such as loss of profit, lost appointments or business interruption, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.
If you buy as a business:
We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Notice.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on our website when you place your order applies to that order.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales. If you’re a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
