Description

Castellini EOS Compact

EOS Compact is a dental imaging system built around two priorities: ease of use and ultra-high-resolution imaging, with excellent detail, fast scans and low X-ray doses. Available in 2D, 3D and CEPH configurations, it can be upgraded with further functions after installation, and comes with NeoWise imaging software for processing, diagnosis and patient communication.

Key Features:

  • Flexible Configurations: 2D, 3D and CEPH versions, with the cephalometric arm fitted at purchase or added later to CEPH-ready units, on the left or right of the device.
  • 7″ Full Touch Control Panel: Tilt-adjustable, mobile touchscreen to position the patient, select accessories and set up examinations directly on the machine.
  • Accurate Patient Positioning: Anatomical head support, two supplied bites, three integrated laser guides and a foot-positioning laser reduce repeat exposures.
  • Audiovisual System: A camera under the mirror and a dentist-patient intercom let you check positioning and reassure the patient throughout the exam.
  • Low-Dose Protocols: Speed Scan, Speed PAN and Speed CEPH protocols, patented X-Safe technology that calibrates emissions to the patient, and Dose Saver 80 and 100 settings for Standard PAN.
  • Advanced 3D Imaging: FlexiFOV fields of view from 6×6 to 11×11 cm (15×11 DENT optional), Speed / Standard / Ultra scan modes, 3D MAR metal artefact reduction, Scout View and model scanning.
  • Comprehensive 2D Imaging: MultiPAN (5 layers in one scan), SuperPAN, iES image enhancement filters, orthogonal and paediatric panoramics, bitewing, sinus and TMJ exams.
  • Cephalometry: LL CEPH (full standard and full long), AP-PA CEPH and carpus, with a repositionable 2D PAN-CEPH sensor and TOP CEPH positioning for children.
  • Integrated Cooling: Maintains performance on days with a high number of examinations.
  • NeoWise Software: 2D and 3D image management with AI-powered features including panoramic curve detection, nerve identification, cephalometric tracing and airway analysis; DICOM, RIS/PACS and TWAIN compatible.
